Terms of service

These terms govern Stora at stora.rocks and its hosted MCP connections. The service is provided by Endless River Labs Ltd.. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact hello@endlessriver.xyz with questions.

The service

Stora collects and organises App Store and Google Play search observations, competitor research and optional Apple Ads reports. It lets you manage tracking, listing drafts and experiment notes. Reports depend on the sources, available markets, observation dates and capture limits shown in the service.

Stora does not publish listings in App Store Connect or Google Play Console, execute ad campaign changes, or guarantee rankings, installs or revenue. You remain responsible for checking evidence and deciding what to do with a report.

Accounts and access

Use an account you are authorised to operate. Keep your sign-in access and delegated credentials secure. Workspace owners control membership and connections. An AI client acts within the workspace and permissions you grant; review its requests and revoke access when no longer needed. You must have authority to supply any content or provider credentials you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass permissions, misuse credentials, overload the service, or use it unlawfully or to infringe another party's rights. We may restrict abusive requests or suspend access where necessary to protect users or the service.

Your content and our software

You retain your rights in the content you supply. You give us the permission needed to store, process and return it for the requested service. Store data and third-party content retain their owners' rights. Stora's software and branding belong to us or their respective licensors. Public plugin configuration and instructions have their separately stated software licence; it does not transfer our brand rights.

Availability and third parties

Features, supported markets and data sources may change. Collection can be delayed or incomplete. Apple, Google and your AI client operate independently under their own terms. We may update or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

Plans and payments

Stora is currently free while in beta. Installing or connecting this plugin does not initiate a purchase. Any future paid offer will show its price and applicable conditions before you choose to purchase; these terms do not authorise a charge.

Responsibility

Use the service with reasonable care and verify material business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular commercial outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

Ending use

You can stop using Stora, revoke connections and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, misuse or a legal requirement, with notice where appropriate. Necessary provisions on rights, responsibility and dispute resolution continue to apply.

Changes and disputes

We will identify material changes to these terms and their effective date through the service or your account contact details. Contact hello@endlessriver.xyz first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections continue to apply.
